Empty 175cm (69in) black training dummy for rescue drills and CrossFit-style carries and drags. Fill it with sand or rags to the weight you want.

Description

A full-body training dummy, 175 cm (69 in) tall, for drills where practising on a real person is too risky or too heavy: dragging, carrying and lifting a casualty. Ships empty, so you choose the weight.

Rescue & fire-service training
✅ Casualty drags and carries – on floors, up stairs and over uneven ground.
✅ Search-and-rescue, victim-removal and evacuation drills.
✅ Stairwell, ladder and tight-space handling practice.
✅ Team lifting and stretcher-loading practice.

CrossFit & functional fitness
✅ Dummy carries, drags and bear-hug carries.
✅ Loaded carries and lifts for functional-fitness workouts.
✅ Firefighter-style circuits, obstacle courses and team challenges.

You set the weight
✅ Ships empty and unfilled – fill it with sand (in sealed bags), rags or clothing to the weight you want.
