Vtonsports ("we", "us") operates this online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

When you place an order or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the items you ordered. If you contact us we keep your message. We do not see or store your full card number: payments are processed by PayPal. We also receive basic technical data when you visit (browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address).

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send you quotes, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and improve our website. With your order we may also email you a request to review your purchase and a follow-up to check that everything is fine.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us run the store: PayPal (payments), shipping carriers and customs (delivery), our email and web hosting providers, and Google (website analytics and advertising). They may only use the data to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information. Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and China, where our service providers and team are located.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that keep your cart and language choice working, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store still works, but your cart may not be remembered.

Emails

Order-related emails are necessary to fulfil your order. Review requests and follow-up emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at any time to stop them.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and delete other data when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional legal rights, and we will respect them.
